We strive to provide a simple but high quality menu. To do this we work with local artisan producers and collaborate with the right small businesses to bring you a menu with an emphasis on quality and variety.

Each year we work hard to bring you new dishes that are low in gluten, saturated fats, and refined sugars, providing tasty food and drinks that are made fresh to help you eat well and live well. Our focus is on nutrient-rich, unprocessed, organic produce that not only looks delicious and tastes incredible, but is also far better for you.

NEW for 2018 are Coconut orange, date and chocolate overnight oats. We actually launched this recipe towards the end of last year but they are so delicious that the response has been absolutely incredible and we continue to see sales of overnight oats rocket. Made with gluten free rolled oats, dates, fresh orange and delicious coconut yoghurt and topped with toasted coconut chips and crunchy coconut brownie Superseeds. It’s all fabulously dairy free and gluten free.

Kombucha Kat is a craft organic Kombucha tea made right here in the UK.  Kombucha is a fermented black tea known by the Chinese as the “Immortal Health Elixir” and originating in the Far East around 2,000 years ago. Kombucha is a refreshing chilled drink which is believed to improve digestion, help with weight loss, cleansing and detoxification, build energy, reduce joint pain and aid with cancer prevention, amongst other benefits.  It contains a colony of bacteria and yeast that are responsible for initiating the fermentation process once combined with sugar. After being fermented, Kombucha becomes lightly effervescent and contains vinegar, b-vitamins, enzymes, probiotics and a high concentration of acid (acetic, gluconic and lactic).

Our Creamy Coconut Porridge continues to be one of our most popular signature dishes. We soak pinhead porridge oats from Shipton Mill overnight in half coconut milk and half water and serve it warmed and topped with raspberries, blueberries and honey – totally amazing and dairy free. Ask to have it without honey to keep it vegan.

Another winner is our Mango, Raspberry and Coconut Chia Pot; Chia seeds are soaked overnight in a blend of raspberries and our freshly squeezed orange juice, and then topped with crumbled coconut macaroon, toasted coconut flakes and blueberries. Gluten free and dairy free!

Our Seasonal Berry Granola Pot makes an utterly delicious breakfast (or dessert) with strawberries, blueberries, granola, natural yoghurt, and nutrient-rich berry compote. Or there’s the Mango Breakfast Smoothie! Combining banana, mango, natural yoghurt and freshly squeezed orange juice – the perfect all-in-one breakfast to power you through ’til lunch. Ask for yours to be made with extra banana instead of yoghurt and then you’ve got it dairy free!

Cakes, bakes and biscuits

Our new gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free cakes and biscuits by Dee Light Bakery are truly amazing. Our loafs are next level, choose between the Lemon, Lime and Lemongrass Loaf which is iced with coconut cream and is both gluten free and dairy free or the indulgent Cacao and Espresso Loaf which is sweetened with coconut sugar and moistened with puréed prunes.


At TY we work closely with five small batch bakers who deliver to our shops daily. They have created some amazing new ‘free from’ recipes for us but they themselves do not operate from 100% gluten free kitchens therefore we cannot guarantee our products will be suitable for those suffering with severe food intolerances or from coeliac disease. Please always ask at the counter.
