These Conditions govern the use and sale of services by Timberyard Limited (“Timberyard” or “TY”) to you through www.tyuk.com (the “website”). This website offers the sale of Timberyard memberships and spaces available for hire (“services”) through the website which are subject to the conditions set out on this page. As we offer a range of services, sometimes additional terms may apply.
Please read these conditions carefully before placing an order with TY. By placing an order with TY, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Website Security Policy
Our secure payment gateway ensures that your personal details stay personal.
When asked to enter personal details such as your credit card number a secure web site will show a closed padlock icon at the bottom of your browser window.
Every credit card purchase you make on the Timberyard Limited website is done through our secure payment gateway provided by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor, and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available.
This provides many security features, including:
SSL and HSTS
SSL allows sensitive information such as credit card numbers, social security numbers, and login credentials to be transmitted securely by establishing an encrypted link between a server and a client—typically a web server (website) and a browser.
Stripe forces HTTPS for all services, including our public website. We regularly audit the details of our implementation: the certificates we serve, the certificate authorities we use, and the ciphers we support. We use HSTS to ensure browsers interact with Stripe only over HTTPS. Stripe is also on the HSTS preloaded lists for both Chrome and Firefox.
All card numbers are encrypted on disk with AES-256. Decryption keys are stored on separate machines. None of Stripe’s internal servers and daemons are able to obtain plaintext card numbers; instead, they can just request that cards be sent to a service provider on a static whitelist. Stripe’s infrastructure for storing, decrypting, and transmitting card numbers runs in separate hosting infrastructure, and doesn’t share any credentials with Stripe’s primary services (API, website, etc.).

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and terms and conditions, including these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions, policies and Conditions of Sale in force at the time that you order services from us, unless any change to those terms and conditions, policies or these Conditions of Use & Sale is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it may apply to orders previously placed by you).
Sale items represented on the website (including food and drink) are subject to availability. Timberyard reserves the right to amend these items at any time.
If you breach these Conditions of Sale and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these Conditions of Sale.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, credit card information or other details to help you with your experience.
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form or enter information on our site.

If you would like to close your TY account at any time please contact email@example.com to request. Closing your account will remove any personal information associated with the account.

Our intention is to set the pricing for all of our facilities to be accessible to our target audience and we politely request that you take our fair usage policy of approximately one item for each hour in the shop into consideration.
No outside food nor drink can be consumed on the premises.
We are not responsible for any personal belongings used or left at any TY location.
